Welcome to the John Muir High School Business Link and Advertising Center.                                          Link Agreement

The alumni who's  link  appears  here,  agrees  to  the following:

1.  The links are free to Alumni of the class of 1960 only.

2.  The link must go to a business website domain name.
3.  The business must be owned and operated by the class of 1960 alumni member.
4.  The business may be at home or in an office.
5.  The link will stay active until requested to be deactivated.
6.  Any complaints from customers must be handled by the business or the link will be removed.
7.  The business or it's owner/s shall not engage in or sell any illegal merchandise or services using this link to their business.
8.  The business and it's owner/s shall hold harmless the members of the Reunion Committee and
      the website operator/webmaster in the event of any legal controversy or criminal or civil law
      suite involving the business and it's failure to conduct business ethically, fairly and legally.
 9. The alumni  member agrees to operate the business under the rules of the California business "Uniform Commercial Code."
